‘Buttery Films’ star Steve Jobs: ‘My life would have been a lot different if I had not been a vegetarian’
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Steve Jobs’ co-star Temple Grandin says she believes he would be alive today if he had not given up meat and dairy.
In the interview, Grandin said that he has changed his diet over the years and was recently “starting to make up” for the lack of animal products in his life.
“I have started to get more and more involved in vegetarianism,” she said.
“For a long time I was vegetarian, but now I am vegetarian.”
She went on to explain that she started her diet after she became pregnant with her daughter, Grace.
“At the time, I didn’t want to be the mother of a kid, but I had to make a choice,” she told the magazine.
“After I gave birth to Grace, I knew that my baby would be vegan, and so I became vegan.”
She said that while she is still vegan, she does not eat animal products because she is a vegetarian.
“But I have tried to give it a try, and I have learned that my life would not have been much different if my kids hadn’t been vegetarian,” she added.
“So I have made a choice, and that choice has been to stop eating meat.”
It’s a hard choice, but it’s one I feel is worth making.
